Hello,
I greatly appreciate help with authenticating this bag which I believe is a Roseau Sellier Medium Tote. It was purchased at a local Clothes Mentor store location. It measures 11.5" long. I could only find this bag on Saks' website which states it comes with an adjustable strap but the one that came with this bag is non adjustable.
