I recently bought this coat in the black version from the same seller - I have added a few pics of the inside tag, inside label and lining.

The seller stated that this is from the Burberry London Japan line (owned by Sanyo I believe and only available in Japan).

The lining has Burberry Prorsom horses on it - ? authentic
