Beware of not only fakes on Bergdorfgoodman.com, but UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I purchased a gorgeous designer tote bag on Bergdorfgoodman.com recently–a bag arrived, but it was NOT the bag I ordered, but a dowdy, outdated satchel. I returned the bag and was refunded. Listen to this! several weeks later, Bergdorfgoodman.com re-charged the item on my credit card, an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I called and emailed them, but they gave me the runaround and not returning my calls. My credit card company reversed the charge. You won't believe this! Bergdorfgoodman.com attempts to charge me a third time. I notified my credit card company.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You need to contact the manager please dear. This sound like an employee. Its sad but it happens. One of my employees did this to a customer and tried using my employee number to do it!!! needless to say she was fired, after the investigation and escorted out of the building crying by the cops. She also had her name slung threw the papers because this is a felony and sat in jail!
Please call them and ask to speak with a manager.
they copy down your card number and just keep recharging it or in my case she bought herself a gift card!!!!!!!!!!!! then used that thinking we couldn't trace it!
