My goretex implant is going on 10years now so I'm sure it's fused tight in there. I've never been happy about the results since I find that my nose is too tall and have been planning for revision. I'm really worried about the removal of it since I've heard that its difficult with a lot of possible complications. How did you deal with that wrinkle you got on your nose after your revision?

Hi neryii, i too had a 11 years old goretex implant and wanted to replace it with another goretex implant (unhappy with the current shape) but was was worried about it being difficult to remove. Did you decide to go on with the removal procedure?

Did you end up removing and replacing your gore tex?

My friend did remove her silicone implant after 2 years because it looked fake on her. No skin sagging or wat so ever negative effects that she had from the removal. In fact I even couldnt tell that she had it removed.

Did she have tip done work also or just bridge then removed implant?
