Argh!! Help very much needed: I've just found out my Bedford has no DATECODE!!

Good! im glad you found it. I have heard many times that LV sometimes will even not acknowledge date codes at all or what they mean. It to protect them from scammers and such. I have never seen an LV with out one, but some items its sure as hell hard to find them!

So glad you've found it! I've actually taken my new bags in so the SA could help me find the date code. And boy have I felt *duh* about it. But LV hides them very well.

All I can say is Whew.. can you imagine trying to sell that bag on eBay w/o a datecode? It would never fly.

I've found the date-code!! I've found it!! I've found it!!

It's no longer located on the D-ring apparantly, it's situated on the leather itself, near the very top of the zipper closure.

WHAT a relief!!

The same thing happened to me when I got my Bedford....I was like what the . After going through that bag like a lunatic I found it up near the zipper as well :shame:. Glad you found it!!
