Arch Support Ideas?

I have a few pairs of ballet flats that I wear on the weekend and by the end of the day my arches are hurting.

I was just wondering what other tPFers did for arch support in their flats... so far I haven't found anything that will work.

I used to use Spenco insoles--when I worked jobs where I was on my feet a great deal--could get them at sports stores

I have very flat feet and cannot really wear flats for that reason. I would highly recommend a good pair of prescription orthotics though. They have definitely been worth the money imo.

Yea, I have flat feet as well and cannot wear flat shoes. I wear flip flops to walk outside but that's about it....
