Met a guy yesterday with a parrot on his shoulder. I asked if I could approach and he said no the bird bites (hard). Asked if the bird talks. He said no - the previous owner abused it if it made any noise so no talking. people are so nasty. I'm glad the parrot as a better home now.

I’m glad he got rescued and found a person who cared for him. I can’t stand people who are mean to animals. I just don’t get it. I bet they wouldn’t like it if it was done to them so why do it to an animal….
Same way when people get mad or annoyed when a dog barks. Some people should never get pets.
It was large and a typical green parrot as I recallCan you describe its colour ? And how about its mouth?
