Question about customs fee from Canada to U.S.

I'm buying a Kelly (my first Hermes bag -- yay!) and it's being shipped from Canada to the U.S. Does anyone have any idea about what the customs fees will be? Is there a certain percentage, or is there maybe a table based on prices?

Ask the seller to declare the bag as "used personal belongings left behind". You may end up with no custom fees at all.
