im listening to the radio now and it could be possible they are going to open up an investigation because she was winning the case against the family and it was a large amount of money..

I don't know where some of this information is coming from, but I've read all over and nothing at all has really been concluded yet and usually it does take a while before it is. Reading on CNN.com they don't connect anything to her son's death nor speculate other people or events that may have contributed. Let's wait and see.

Lawyer Says Anna Nicole Smith Has Died

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. -- A lawyer for Anna Nicole Smith says she has died. She had been unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital Thursday while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, hotel officials said.

"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

I heard the link between her son & her on MSNBC... and it WAS speculated but interesting. He was a forensic pathologist and he said that was his initial thoughts. But again pyrely speculation and you are so correct that we all need to just wait and not fall into accepting speculation as facts!
