I just got a call from my mom saying that her LV purse (damier aubagne) which was purchased on Dec 23 just broke. She's at a wedding right now and she said the screw fell off; now she can't find it. You would think that LV would fix it for free since she paid $1,190 plus tax on a purse she thought should have been made with better quality. Has anyone here had this type of situation, and what was the outcome of it? Now I have to dig for the receipt and drive to her place this weekend to see what we can do (which isn't bad cause I get to visit the LV store which i've been trying hard to stay away from)
