Zooey Deschanel's Dress in (500) Days of Summer?

I am absolutely in love with the dress that Zooey Deschanel's character wore to the wedding in the movie (500) Days of Summer. It's a gorgeous dress, and I have to have it! I know that it comes from Western Costumes, but I have no way of obtaining the exact one. Does anyone know where I can find one similar?

This one by Paul Smith is fairly similar. I know it's not as pretty or formal as her, but it has a lot of the same elements.

This ETSY seller has gotten a lot of good press, but is also known for taking a very long time to get orders to customers, so I'd definitely consider that.
