I think this is one of those uncomfortable questions that can only be answered with "well... err... what do you look like?" For me, on the "fluffy" side with wide shoulders, not a chance especially with a coat. I'd need a shoe horn But if you're slim and don't have big shoulders I think it can be done, maybe with a fitted coat rather than a full-on winter puffer coat.

Well, the demi is 12 inches and has always fit over my shoulder. This one says 3 and 3/4 so it should. I want to check this out too.
