Yurman cuffs extra small

I love David Yurman and usually get the kids size cuffs, but I like the look of a bigger gemstone. I bought a size small 7mm bracelet and it's still just too big, Turns around, slides halfway up my arm, etc. I think I need to do the custom XS option, but a little nervous as I can't try it first (not in stock at stores, impossible to find used.) Does anyone have one? Does it fit a 5.25-5.5 wrist? (5.25 at the bony part, 5.5 in the meatier part).

I wouldn’t know, because I don’t wear David Yurman, much as I love his bracelets. But I can sympathize about having tiny wrists. I took all the extra links out of my eco-drive watch and it’s still way too big, and when I wear my Baby G, even on the smallest hole it’s still too big.
