Jimmy Choo Youth II boot sizing

So bummed. Just got my youth II boots and couldn’t even get my foot in them! I usually wear a 9. Got a 39. Should I get a 40? Or 39.5. I have wide feet.

I don’t have these boots but definitely go a full size up if you couldn‘t get your foot in

I'm normally a 37.5 or 38 and my youth boots are 38.5 and fit perfectly.
My feet are wide too and I have a high instep

Hi sorry to hear about the fitting problem omg it's so disappointing when you purchase online and this happens, the Youth 11 boots my sister has and she struggled to get her feet in because she has high instep and I think the opening is quite small so maybe even a 40 might not be easier?, I ordered Anouck last year calve leather size 37 and I couldn't even fit my fore foot in with my bunion joint bulging over the side so I understand the frustration, hope you find another style that's better , happy xmas Sharon.
