ALL.

Lol, all jokes aside, Epi is my favorite offering from the brand. From the hard wearing texture, low key look and various color options, it’s a win all around. I’d say about 1/2 of my collection is Epi.

The Buci gives classy day to night vibes; can’t go wrong with it. I personally own Speedys, Alma’s, Trocaderos, Twists and Noés in the leather, that have all held up well. If looking at something more recent, it would be the Saumur BB or Cluny Mini IMO. Just please avoid the Hide and Seek at all costs… it doesn’t even feel anything like Epi. Was disappointed how it came off quite flimsy.

I would love a Cluny BB in Epi Noir. Pre-loved would be within my budget, but I would prefer new (I notice many of the pre-loved pieces seem to have a 'lumpy' look, where you can see the outline of the interior button. It looks sloppy). So, if that is the normal wear and tear on the Cluny, it gives me pause. I love my other Epi pieces, though!

I would go for the Noé GM or petit. I used to have an epi Noé petit years ago, it was yellow. But I ended up selling it. Definitely a big regret. I bought it brand new when I worked at Saks (the late 90's) and ended up selling it years later. It was gorgeous!

I have two pochettes from early 2000s and a bought a 90s Noe. I like the older Epis, I feel like they had higher quality. An Epi Alma used to be on my wish list. My Pochette’s look new to this day, and my Noe, although I have used it a bunch and got it used looks perfect, too.

Personally I love looking at Epi Bags but it's not something I gravitate towards anymore. I have a black epi speedy 30 that looks devine but doesn't get any use. I'm not a purse organizer person either but because I want to avoid the very ugly creases (imho) epi leather can develop over time I have one inside which makes the bag even more boxi. So it's a very easy no for me. Oddly though I can't let it go either, the other day I took pictures to sell it but in the end I couldn't just let it go... :-s:-s:-s

I have an epi Neverfull, an Emilie wallet and a cosmetic case pm and I love them all. I have always read how Epi wears like iron and is so durable. I have seen posts wear people say their pieces look like new after years of use. I have honestly found that my Epi pieces show a fair amount of wear. Does anyone else find this? (PS, I still love them, I just find that they show more wear and tear than I expected)

Do you wear it everyday? I wear my bags some several times a year including a epi Neverfull I have owned for several years, some I wear dozens times a year, all of them still like brand new including the epi neverfull

I don't own any shoulder carry Epi bags but the 'hand held' styles I find, tends to not show wear as much. The Epi leather is pretty indestructible and it looks brand new to this day. The Epi bags I own are the retired styles and are very thick and well made. At one point, they offered the 'softer Epi leather' which I stayed away from (I can't recall the production years).

My first luxury bag I ever got was a petite malle in red epi leather with shiny black epi and black leather borders. On the petite malle I absolutely love how it mimics carved wood, as if it really is a tiny trunk. (Got in Europe so it was less!) It looks absolutely pristine to this day. Highly recommend epi for the petite malle. (See bag in my avatar)

Seconding recommendations for Epi for Petit Malle and Alma! Those are my two Epi bags and I think they suit them perfectly, especially the petit Malle. My petit Malle is silver with black trim and it is just so gorgeous (and hard wearing!) as for the Alma, I have a beautiful neon lime-yellow and the colour just pops in Epi.
