I'm totally cheating coz I don't have a favourite Hermes bag, they're all my faves, but I have chosen 2 pairings with a couple of new Guccis - and sometimes new bags are just more exciting.
Bambou Swift Plume & Gucci calf-hair Blondie with studded straps (I wear the longer studded one as a belt over evening dresses) it also has a plain black leather strap
BBK 32 & Gucci SO Black Med BTH 1947 (comes with a black leather strap, I don't usually wear the web-stripe one)

I only have 1 H bag and it’s my favorite (filled with gym stuff), and with my other favorite bag at the moment: the Victoria Trunk by Moreau

Completely different price ranges, but my Coach bags, mostly my Cassie, have been used to death. Next to my most used H bag, my Victoria.

I agree- find this thread really interesting! Love the diversity- I would have assumed every picture would be a Kelly paired with a Channel flap (no shade, they are classic). I love being wrong about that.
Hard to pick a favorite in each category, but I consider these to be my irreplaceable bags...
