Tory Burch York Buckle Tote for Work?

I need a new laptop bag for work... is anyone using the York Buckle Tote for this purpose? my laptop is 15-16" and I will need to be able to put a power cord and a notepad in the bag as well. is this do-able? I do not have a store in my city so I can not go and test it out.

A girl at my gym has one. It is a really large tote. I am sure you can fit a laptop and notebook in it no problem.
