Yes, it did. Apparently these are the states that now require it per Yoox's website:

Sales Tax is applied to orders shipped to the States of New Jersey, New York, Colorado, California, North Carolina, Illinois, Connecticut, Arkansas and Wisconsin, in compliance with the current Sales Tax policy.
