I have a little bit of an issue with yoogis. Has anyone had issues selling to them? I am selling my monogram Speedy 30 and it’s in great condition. The handles are patina but other than that it’s great. There is no stains or cracks. They declined the bag and said it wasn’t in the best condition. I’m confused?!?!

I have had them turn down jewelry before, a Tiffany necklace and a David Yurman piece. Their reason was they have not traditionally been able to sell the particular styles I had. I have never had any problems selling them a bag, but I have been selling more to Fashionphile since the quotes have been better. Yoogi's does seem to carry less inventory, so maybe they already have as many Speedies as they want right now. Condition is subjective, though, but it could certainly be due to a reason other than your bag. You may want to try getting a quote from Fashionphile.

Yeap, they recently declined a pair of Tiffany sunglasses, and offered me less than Fashionphile for some bags I recently sold. As cbarrus says, their inventory seems to be much smaller, so they may not have that much $ to buy inventory. These days, I mainly buy and sell from Fashionphile.

I’ve had them to turn down jewelry before but not a bag. To be fair, their quoted prices have declined over the past several months so I stopped asking them for quotes. I rarely look at them to buy as well since their inventory hasn’t been very good either. Fashionphile seems to out perform them lately. It’s ashame. I used to be team Yoogi’s all the way but they’re just not what they used to be, at least for me. Looking back, I think it started with the doing away of the 10% off coupons they used to give out. The low quotes/declining of items seem to go hand in hand with the poor inventory they have now.

I'm going to stop requesting quotes froom Yoogi's. It's always a joke what they send back. Fashionphile is much more reasonable. It reflects why Yoogi's inventory is so much smaller and the lower quality items as well. Who would want to sell to them with such low low offers when there are other resellers out there?

Update: i just received a notice that Yoogi's has received my bag for consignment and their offer remained the same as they quoted before seeing the bag. So I can only say my experience has been great so far.
