Great Idea!The Work is a big bag,it could be very usefull to have this shoulder strap when it's too heavy.
But,I've a question,you've taken the risk to ruin your bag:wasn't you affraid?

Yes ... I was afraid, but threw caution to the wind since it was such a beat up bag. With a bag in good condition, I would want it to be much more exactly like the way Balenciaga does the attachments (with the stud & with the same leather).
! Funny how a simple strap can totally change the look of the Work style.
