I will say there is definitely more variation in color IRL....more like Boxermom's pics. These pics at least show the size well.

Yay, I'm so happy for you! Isn't it wonderful? The medium is perfect on you. On me, I'd barely squeeze it over my shoulder, so the large is my size. But it's one of the most interesting Venetas Maier has designed IMO.
