I Do love the Quilting and chevron but my concern is the color and color transfer .
Help me decide.

I debated between this and the peony tea rose and went with the peony. Both are great bags if I had the funds I would have done both. I have the same concern about color transfer and protecting the suede so I sprayed my peony down with the apple garde rain and stain repellent So far so good. I am super careful and only shoulder carry if I have newer jeans on.

I would have totally sprayed it on not even thinking it would matter?? Figuring it was leather... Maybe someone who has done it will chime in? I have sprayed all my rogues with no issues at all... Melon tea rose, black tea rose. peony tea rose and dark turquoise. And my daughters chalk rogue. I find that spraying the suede before using the bag helps the suede hold up better for sure against scuffs etc.
I spray the suede quite a bit and then do a quick coat around the bag adding a lil more at the bottom of the bag/corners. I then wait 30 mins and do the suede again. I do a quick wipe of the hardware as I'm not sure if it's good for it I will wait a week or so and then conditioner the leather with the apple conditioner.
