Yay or Nay on this Abaete Dress?

Thanks everyone for your replies and votes. They were very helpful (and some humorous).

I've decided to pass on the dress.

I'm was unsure about the dress at first, but you ladies ultimately pointed me in the right direction. I don't want to deal with the bottom of that dress at all.
