I also have one in black epi and I just adore it!! It was totally worth every penny!!

Did they discontinue the red epi very very recently? Because it was available when I got mine -- I thought long and hard trying to decide between the two before I went with the black. I never saw the red on elux -- they have always only had the black that I have noticed -- but I saw the red version in several LV boutiques, from the flagship NYC, to Carmel, CA, and even all the way in Dubai, UAE.

The red color is in the small version, that doesn't have the checkbook holder and has only 8 cc slots. I don't think the larger version was ever made in red, and if it was, then it has been discontinued. I love the red color, but I wanted 12 cc slots and a spot for my checkbook, which is why i opted for the black epi.

Congrats! I love that style! I wish they made it in Red, though. it's amazing how much you can fit in it without it looking bulky. It looks so nice and sleek all zipped up!
