I recently saw the VCA 2014 Xmas limited edition Grey MOP Alhambra pendant. Very unique and elegant. I all like it can be engraved at the back and also have the necklace extended for free. I was thinking to get this as anniversary gift as this year is quite a special year for us.

I have already had a Carnelian collection : a Vintage Alhambra pendant, a Vintage Alhambra ring , and a sweet Alhambra bracelet. I wear the whole set daily and absolutely love them ! Here is the photo of my collection.

I love to add the 5 motifs carnelian bracelet to my collection. I love VCA red, I think they are very unique.

So should I buy the Grey MOP pendant now because it is This year's LE? Or should I save up to buy the 5 motifs carnelian in the future for my current collection? Would the grey MOP pendant be a bit similar to my Carnelian pendant?

Don't believe there are any of the LE pendant left in grey mop. I passed on it myself. I love live love vca's carnelian also! Have the sweet bracelet in heart shape and wear everyday while doing everything-love how carefree the stone is. Your set is beautiful! I wouldn't blame you for getting the 5 motif bracelet but maybe an ont bracelet or solid gold. It would compliment what you have already without matching exactly. I have the solid 10 motif and it goes with everything! I want the onyx bracelet and have thought about it going with future carnelian pieces as well. Good luck!!

thanks CATEYES. Yes I am not sure whether LE grey MOP will still be available.... just thinking if I am still lucky enough to get one, should I or shouldnt I. If they sold out, then problem solved ;-)

Einseine has mentioned the LE holiday pendant is still available in Japan, if you can find one I would go with the LE because it's a piece you won't be able to find again, and having it engraved makes it extra special :D it will also go very well with your current everyday carnelian piece but give you some versatility in your colour scheme and add an extra note of interest to your VCA collection.

the carnelian 5 motif is beautiful, perhaps you can add this to your collection another time as it is readily available in the regular collection?

In my opinion, it looks nice to wear several bracelets together but not so much with necklaces.....that may help you choose if you think what piece will work well with what you have since you wear every day. I like to wear mine as often as possible as well:)

You are right . If I get the grey MOP pendant I have to hear either her or my Carnelian necklace, with my other Carnelian pieces or with other rose gold accessories.

I am worrying the grey necklace is repeat to Carnelian necklace in terms of style
