I'm very fond of shoes and boots with chunky soles, but the weight really hurts my lower back and uses up my stamina.
I have recently spotted some brands using 'XL Extralight®' material (is a type of EVA I assume?) for their chunky boots, such as Prada's MONOLITH and Bottega Veneta's FLASH, which makes them SUPER light, is wonderful.
I'm wondering if anyone else has spotted them on any other brands? I know Camper and Timberland also uses them, but my list ends there.

I look like a crazy person in shoe departments quickly lifting every single boot to see their weight!
