For those of you interested, I found a website that hires/rents celebrity dresses including Cheryl Cole's, Rachel Bilson, Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton etc. Doesn't look like they're taking orders at the moment though :o( Will have to wait 2 weeks. I may get one for my 21st any advice which one? Having a party in a hall...
