I recently purchased a new condition Prada nylon etiquette (still unwrapped!) from Tradesy and noticed that the long strap is the wrong strap (wrong hardware shape and lacking a shoulder pad). The bag was a good price and came with authenticity card. I have a similar bag in smaller size and it all checks out in terms of authenticity. Seller claims never to have even opened the bag to check the strap. Does anyone know if Prada will help in this situation (ie., exchange for correct strap)? Do they even sell extra straps for purchase? Not sure if I should just return (altho it will be for site credit, which I am not keen on) or whether I could argue that given the incorrect strap that the item was not as described?
