Wrinkles saffiano leather straps

I have the Marni Trunks bag, two actually, one I got two years ago, and the other one I got this August.

The first one looks brand new, but the second one after storing the straps within the bag it got wrinkles on the straps. I'm so sad, this hasn't happened to the other one, and I stored it the same way.

Do you have any tips, or should I go to the store and ask them? I tried leather condition and some heat from a hair dryer, but it hasn't worked.

I have a Marni Trunk too in calfskin. I am experiencing the same thing on my strap, but it's more like tiny little creases rather than raised wrinkles. I haven't thought of fixing it because I thought that's the nature of the leather... Have you been to the stores and see what they say?
