I ordered a saddle Edie from Macy's with a store credit I had from my Taxi tote return. My Edie was packaged nicely but somehow it got crease/bend in the middle of the bag. What is the best way to get it out? I put a towel in there to see if that will help at all?

Thanks!

You could try heating the towel up in the dryer before putting in the bag, or hanging the stuffed bag in the bathroom after a shower so the steam can work on it.

I had handle marks in my new Swagger. I put mine near enough to my fireplace to warm the leather, then rubbed the creases from inside the bag. I did this a few times. I also carried it, but didn't overload it so the leather would relax a bit. These are my results after 1 week:

My Edie arrived very creased since Macy's didn't have a box or bigger envelope to put her in :nogood:
I haven't done anything to it just letting it "breath out" and I have to say creases are considerably less.
