Stopped in Michael Kors today and saw the new Michael Kors blakely tote for 598! It is so beautiful. Just can’t swallow 598 . Anyone know of an upcoming sale ? Posted a pic , it is so stunning . They said it is Italian leather .

I stopped by my MK store (just purchased the Adele wristlet, love it!) and fell in love with the light pink one. The inside is super soft. The salesgal said it was very fragile. It will be my next purchase, once it's on sale!

Do You carry your black bags year round ? That is the only reason I am thinking about the grey .

I use smaller, crossbody black bags year round (like my Rebecca Minkoff mini mac). The bigger black bags I don't use in summer, it's too hot here in California. I love the grey one.I already have a grey studded pearl MK purse though. I looked at the white one the other day I'm in love! I might get that one and be diligent with the protection spray.

Thanks for quoting as I forgot to update the thread - shortly after I posted this (Friday night) at dinner the right clasp on the strap broke completely off! And it wasn't overloaded. I had to handcarry the rest of the night out. Since it was so recent my store offered to refund instead of repair or credit. I was so disappointed because this was the first MK bag I've liked in a while. Oh well, I may attempt it again but only on sale.

Edit - as to the color it was beautiful! A true shade of deep turquoise. Reminded me so much of the Caribbean and was nothing like I had in my collection. It's a shame because I do not like Coach's new 'marine' blue color at all on their Coopers and Charlies.
