If you think there are haters for MK, you should look up info on Karl Lagerfeld - but the hate for him is justified. He is an elitist nasty @-hole. I don't keep up with celebrity stuff much and I've never seen Project Runway - but from the minimal amount I know of MK, I always thought he was a pretty nice guy.
But people go nuts on these reality shows, so don't pay too much attention to that.

I watched it a couple seasons ago. Thinking back, he was harsh at times but sometimes the output of the contestants was pretty bad (even I could tell their designs stunk and I don't get couture fashion at all). He was no Simon Cowell or anything. I thought Nina was a bit meaner...
I haven't seen MK's page but I did watch PR this season and more than likely the uproar is from who was picked as the winner. Long story short it was a tie between the judges. The person that MK and Nina Garcia were pushing for won and a lot of viewers don't agree. Also MK seemed to contradict a lot of his comments on the show this season.

go onto the Project Runway facebook page and watch the season finale.....most viewers (including myself) would not wear ANY of winner's clothing and feel the runner up should have won. His clothes were adorable and very chic.....the winner's clothes not so much. Once you watch (even if you just watch the ending where they do the runway presentation) you will see why everyone is so upset. Michael Kors REALLY pushed for the winner along with Nina Garcia......it was a tie b/w both contestants and I guess this is who they chose.....let me know what you think when you watch it!!!!
