Thanks so much, PBD, although the dramz continues-- now she wants me to remove the neutral feedback! Ha. No.

She even threatened to report ME to EB. "I emailed you 6 times", "I shipped it in 3 days"... no, she didn't. What a joke.

BTW, PBD, are you in PB or just like it there? I have a house there and will be there at the end of the month! Can't wait!!!! I love PB.

yes they should be answering your questions no matter what... as far as more getting listed they could be scheduled and they would not have to be there for that.
you can check and see if they are on "vacation" setting?
I would maybe contact them after you get the bag...give them 1 more chance to explain, if nothing then you have given them every chance to make up for lack of comm. then you can either leave lower dsr star for comm and overall as how you feel.
