I bought a NWT dark dune selma in the medium size from eBay...love love the color but when I opened the package, there was a decent amount of structural loss on the bag. Hardware looks new...but would you keep it? I paid $150.

As for the structural loss, what happens when you put your things in the bag? Does it help at all?
Only other thing I can think of, would be to ‘over stuff’ it (bath towels work well). Stuff it until it looks perfect and then let it sit the way for a day or two. It may help.

I decided to return it
I don't carry a lot of things in my bag, and dont want to worry about it later on. Thanks though.
