Would you keep a WOC that's too short to wear crossbody?

I prefer wearing bags crossbody. However, I have not found a WOC that is long enough to fall where I want it to fall when worn crossbody.

I have a gorgeous Givenchy WOC that is ok when worn on the shoulder, but a bit short when worn crossbody.

Do I let this go?

Here it is. The length is ok when worn on the shoulder but too high on the torso for my liking when worn crossbody.

Mautto is where I bought a spare strap for my lv pouchette to turn it in to a crossbody. I am fairly tall so I need a really long strap and now it works great. I almost got rid of the bag because of the tiny strap it came with.

If you don't love it return it if you can. Yours is even more elegant then mine. I really like yours. Could you perhaps but a longer strap for it for the days you want to wear it crossbody.

Actually I really like the bag, it's just the strap that's annoying me. I prefer to wear my bags crossbody. I live in Australia so I hope Mautto delivers here.

Hi Antigone,

Would you be open to modifying the design some by either using a different strap that is longer for crossbody or using o-rings if the chain of your WOC is removable?
I found this thread to be helpful when I was trying to gain a few inches for crossbody wear myself for one of my bags.

Otherwise, I would probably let the WOC go if you truly prefer crossbody. Unless, the WOC was a great deal.

Hope this helps. :flowers:

If you can change the strap, then by all means get a longer one for crossbody wear - you got the WOC for a good price and if it's otherwise perfect, I wouldn't let it go.
