Would you give me advice on working with store staff?

I was MIA from Hermes for two years as I wanted to enjoy what I have. At the end of the year, I called my SA and found that she had left the store. The lady on the phone was super nice and willing to be my SA. Then she was out for the entire holiday season. But she gave my name to the store manager in case there were something interest me. During that period of time, the store manager offered me a bag and was helping me for other things. So I worked a lot more with the store manager than my new SA who I have not met yet.

I'm confused whom to work with now. Does the store manager take commissions like SAs? If not, I would like to continue working with my SA, if yes, I need your advice. I want to be fair to everybody.
