It shouldn't, the baby blue was one of the first colors to come out and that was before the Vernis had been "perfected." It's much better quality now so don't worry.

Geez, I didn't know that Vernis Bags can get that bad of a discoloration.

Just be careful not to scrap too hard so you don't scratch it.
