It would bother me bc it's right in the front of the bag. I feel as if I make the damage to my own bag I'm more likely to overlook it than if I purchase it damaged already. I don't feel that 10% is a big enough savings, can you order it another way brand new?

I told the store same thing, that 10% was not enough to comp and she is going to ask her mgr if she can do more or locate me same bag with no defects! We shall see, fingers crossed!

It's a gorgeous bag... Plus I believe pictures sometimes have the ability to magnify things that wouldn't be as noticeable in person .. Can't wait to see it when you get it. :D
