You don't know how the clothes or bags you buy are handled in the whole supply chain before getting to you. Why get stuck with this?


It's funny that we talk about Chanel SAs here. Hermes SAs are known to play hard to get games and their bags can show creases fresh out of the shipment yet no complaints. Same thing would be talked about here very differently

Oh... I totally understand where you Are coming from. You try to maintain your bag as pristine as possible and someone else drops it on the floor. I would be frustrated but would not dwell on it too much as it was an accident.

Thanks everyone all great points! I just felt annoyed There I have my pristine bag and it falls on the floor. I guess I will have to get over it if I want the bag.

I like my bags to stay pristine. But It was an accident and no damage done so I wouldn't have thought anything about the bag. I would have felt bad for the SA who was probably mortified.
