Oddly, I started getting into Hermes when buying my bf cuff-links as I couldn't find any design that I like from other stores after a long search. I truly enjoyed Hermes' modern and understated aesthetics. The SA from the men's was really nice and even sent me a note after the purchase which I really appreciate.

As I starts to like the beauty of the designs, craftsmanship in handbags, silk, and women jewelry, I wonder if Men's store SA could help me with purchase from across the street or even a b/k purchase. If anyone had any experience on this before, I am curious to know as it seems to me that customers need to be mindful in maintaining SA relationships based on my reading of this forum?

If anything, your men’s SA could recommend, or introduce you to an SA in a different department, or across the street. I would ask him or her if they’re able to help you with purchases from other departments, and if not, ask them if there’s someone they would recommend you buy from.

No, I believe you must work with someone at the leather department across the street (women's store) to get a B/K.
