Would it be bad if I had my SA from one H store send me something to another H store that is closer to home so I don't have to travel 2 hours to pick it up? (I would go this very instant to the store, but 2 of my kiddies are sick!!) What are my options to keep in my SA's good graces? I love that gal...

If your favorite SA orders it for you, they'll still get the commission. My local store didn't have the H bracelet I wanted so she had it sent from Charlotte, and her sales ID was on the receipt.

I don't think they get direct commissions but SAs are appraised on their sales performance and that in turn leads to better compensations i.e. bonuses.

They don't get commissions on Birkins or Kellys. That much I know because I actually asked. I get the inkling that they get commissions on selling other products. Just my instinct kicking in from some very big nudges. KWIM? ush:
