Worried about rhinoplasty in Istanbul

Hello my name is Mathew and I am worried about my rhinoplasty appointment to Anatomica clinic in Istanbul, I will be making a nose surgery at dr Ismail Buyukcayir but I find nothing on internet about him.

Yet I saw some bad results on rhinoplasty on youtube and I don't know what to do anymore ? does anyone know what can assure a better rate of success at rhinoplasty ? what should I do ? tx
