I need some opinions, I been working with a very good VCA SA in Vegas. 2 weeks ago I was in Vegas and has told my SA that I’ll stop by to purchase bracelet and necklace, however, when I arrived, he has left early and his coworker was helping me.
My daughter and I have to walked from resort world and it was our last day in Vegas. I decided to let his coworker helped me. I purchased mop bracelet and necklace. After they we were texting over my tracking and stuff and she was pretty nice
Today, I decided to resize my guilloche bracelet that I bought 8 months ago with the previous SA. I texted her to see she can help me, but No responded. She normally responded quickly.
What do you think? Should I contact my previous SA to have him help me? What should I do?
 
If you told him in advance that you were coming in to pick up x and y, it’s possible he put it aside for you. He could have also told you that he was leaving early and to ask for a colleague. At any rate, this is not your issue but that of the boutique. I would not assume any aggravation on the part of the original SA. after all, you cannot change your travel plans. Of course contact the previous SA re your resizing. If you don’t hear back, you can either contact the boutique or customer service for aftercare.

I think you are worrying over nothing. I have worked with multiple SAs and it has never been an issue. I would text your main SA first and see if he can assist, if he will not be in when it is most convenient for you to stop by, then text the second SA again. She was likely just busy and didn't see the message, or maybe she no longer works there. I would be shocked if neither responds in a timely manner, but my third step would be to just call the boutique and let them know when you will be coming by and request that a SA (anyone) reserve an appt time for you to take care of your sizing request. If you already know the size, I would just ask the SA for a prepaid shipping label and then you don't even have to go in. Also, if you have a local boutique you can just bring it to them or ship it to them for resizing. No worries at all.
 
How many times are there can we resize with our charge for the first year of buying the bracelet? I have the bracelet resize once but if feel pretty fitted and I preferred little loose so I decided to have it resize. The SA told me she needs to talk with her manager because I already resized once, and this is out of range. I saw many post on here that we can resize until the size that we wanted for free of charge. Is that right?

I just asked 2 SAs and they both said it'd cost $180 for a 2nd adjustment even though it said I had 1 year of complimentary service. Wah.
 
I tried to text the 2 SA but one of them is not answered and the other one said will get back to me. I was undecided to have the bracelet resize because I’m afraid they will scratch it, I had bad experienced wit my Cartier where they cause deep scratch on my love bracelet when I sent in for lock enhancement. However, now I decided to have it done because I felt the size little tight for me.
