Work bag under $1500

Any brand recommendation for a nice work bag for under $1500?

I've realised that the bag I use most often are for work & it seems silly spending so much on weekend bags and so little on the bag I use Monday-Friday.

Ideally it's:

Non-Prada Prada Lux type structured bag
Not Mulberry and no monograms
Low maintenance leather
Has shoulder strap (I like to keep my hands free so not tote bags)
Not too heavy and decent size

I just purchased le pliage cuir for this purpose exactly. It is light as a feather with a nice shoulder strap.
