YAHOO....Pics are uploading but I am just so excited to share....she looks NOTHING like '05 Bubblegum....I think she is wayyyyyyyyyy better (hubby thinks so too)!!! The shade of pink is just so pretty and vibrant....not as pale as my '05. She is kind of what I was originally expecting the '05 was going to be!!!

Oh...and she is agneau too :smile:

OK...all pics were taken in my 4-season patio which allows in natural sunlight. No flash was used and there was no overhead artificial light.

This first post is all of the beautiful '08 Bubblegum City in RH with agneau leather by herself....

OK here come the comparison pics....the hard thing about comparing the leather is that my '05 BG is very chewy...much different than any of my other bags!
Also note tht my '05 is not yellowing or fading....she was pretty much minty mint when I got her.

OK a description of the leather....smooth, very minimal veins/distressing. Not super thick. I don't think I could smoosh it into a ball or anything. Very shiny.

Comparison to my '05 bags: Not as thick. Not as chewy.

Comparison to my '06 bag (VIF): Not as thick.

Comparison to my '07 bags: Very very very similar to my aquamarine city. Not as thick as my black city. Not as distressed as my violet. Not as chewy as my juane.

Phew....I think that covers it.

Thanks cat! I definetly thought it wouldn't be here until next week!!!

As for the leather....I like it! I really think the best leather I have is on my '07 black city and this is just a little thinner and less distressed. I think she is going to break in very nice!!! As I said above she is almost identical to my aquamarine city.
