Woohooo! Got my first Muse bag!!

I got my wonderful Large Muse bag in white today from Neimans! I'm wondering how I can "reshape" the handles? It's been pretty cold here and when I took the bag out of the box the handles are kind of "kinked" (and the actual bag is FREEZING)! How can I smooth them out?

I the bag, it's so pretty! Now I have to decide on what bags to take to Vegas with me for the weekend!

Regarding the handles... I'm not sure what is going on with them but see if they fall back in to the right shape after they warm up. If not, then I'd call N-M or even one of the YSL boutiques to find out what to do.

my muse's handles got really rumpled and started to get super soft (which isn't a bad thing) when i was using the bag every day for a couple months straight. i tried to straighten them out but nothing really worked... for me at least.
