WOC Shaper/Protector

Hi ladies! I just saw a video on YouTube about a WOC Base Protector/Shaper which gives the WOC a little bit more space and also protects the bottom of the interior.

Does any of you ladies have experience with them? I ordered two of them today, but I’m a little bit afraid it’ll stretch the WOC out and would love to know if any of you has used it before. Generally I like the idea a lot though!

I feel like you can make this yourself with cardboard. Look at the measurements they listed. Or you estimate and trim down your material accordingly- trial and error.

They are great! They make my WOCs more usable by opening up that space at the base. They don’t stretch out the base in my experience.

Do you recommend one? I am worry that the bag will sag in the middle. Will base shaper damage the leather in the edge of the bag? Anyone have anything negative to say about a base shaper? Thanks!

I don’t use one for my WoCs. My oldest one is over 10 years old, no sag. You can’t load them enough to get very heavy imo.

I don't use one for my boy. It's only a couple years old but I have never worried about sag, even full it's not that heavy.

I use a base shaper for my WOC, which I tend to fill. It works and my WOC looks great.

I used to use the WOC Saver, but it didn't protect the fabric interior of the bag (I get a bit crazy about that). I just bought a Samorga insert for the bag. It holds it open as well as protecting the interior. I suppose you could use a combo of both for additional structure.

Thanks, I will take a look at Samorga. I was planning to make my own base shaper

I use a base shaper for my WOC, which I tend to fill. It works and my WOC looks great.

I love the look of the WOC when the base shaper stretches it open. The bag instantly look bigger and more like a mini bag than a wallet.

I ordered one from WOC Saver. I only have it in when I’m using the WOC and need a little more room. I don’t keep the WOC saver in when I’m storing it.

Search WOCSaverUK on etsy. I have one and always leave it in my WOC. No issues when storing.

I made a bendable plastic base shaper from a piece of plastic that I got from an adidas tote. It's perfect! It is so easy to make yourself.
