Well my Jumbo Classic Flap just got here!!! The Fedex guy almost wasn't able to give it to me!! He said I had to be 21 to sign for it!!?? But after he saw the look on my face he let me sign:nuts: I'm so happy with the bag and so glad I got it before the increase!!! Will post pics tonight!!!

I KNOW!!!!! Thats what I said!!! LOL I was like "I'm going to be 21 in less than 30 days! Come on!:crybaby: " He even asked what was in the package. I said "A Chanel handbag, i ordered it from las vegas...i can show you my id! the credit card i used!"...he thought it was kinda weird I had to sign for it since it didn't contain alchol or weapons?!!! I didn't know they were allowed to ship that kinda stuff! lol:confused1:

Congrats on your new bag!!

I can't believe he almost wouldn't let you sign for it. FedEx left my packages (2 Chanel Bags and a Chanel Wallet) at my front door without so much as ringing my doorbell to let me know they're here! :shocked:

i think it's better that the fedex guy asked you before letting you sign. not meaning this to say that i'd want you to have a hard time bc i don't, but i feel like at least it looks like they are trying to be careful that the package is received by the right person. i hope i'm making sense, lol! :rolleyes:

Glad you got your Chanel! Fed Ex is crazy, so giving it to a person under 21 is WORSE than just leaving it on a porch?!?
I try to never ship to my house as they just leave packages out in the open all the time. I've complained, but they say that signatures are not required for home delivery, or that the fed ex man can sign for them. :mad:

FedEx always has my daughter signing packages for me since she is home from school before I get home from work. She is only 14. I believe my 11 year old also had signed a package in the past - CRAZY.

its a pretty bag.
as far as fedex... i think there are 2 types of signature on delivery service. the first one is regular where anyone can sign for it. and the other is the adult signature. the shippper picks this, so its not really fedex's fault not letting you sign it in the begiinning.
