Food Wine, spirits, beer??

i realize this is a super old thread, and a super old post :smile:
@Cams i "collect"... not as impressive cellar as i'm sure many here have, but we're sitting somewhere just south of 700. wine is my husband's and my shared hobby. napa cabs have a special place in our hearts, but also pinot (both burgundy and willamette), bordeaux and super tuscans and brunellos. white burgundies, something nice from vourvray, saunternes or a nice oakey chard.... we are firm believers in trying anything twice and love food and wine pairing. yes, i could talk about wine all day :smile:
