Food Wine, spirits, beer??

Tonight for New Year's eve we 'll have a Pinot Blanc (Weißburgunder) and a Pinot Noir Rosé (Spätburgunder Weißherbst)
i realize this is a super old thread, and a super old post
@Cams i "collect"... not as impressive cellar as i'm sure many here have, but we're sitting somewhere just south of 700. wine is my husband's and my shared hobby. napa cabs have a special place in our hearts, but also pinot (both burgundy and willamette), bordeaux and super tuscans and brunellos. white burgundies, something nice from vourvray, saunternes or a nice oakey chard.... we are firm believers in trying anything twice and love food and wine pairing. yes, i could talk about wine all day
