And apparently the designer just found it when clearing out her attic to move house !!

I almost always like Catherine’s outfits but I’ve never understood why she usually wears very high heels to tour military bases. Wouldn’t boots or at least flats be more suitable?

I guess at least she's smart enough to wear a nice block heel that is more stable.
